Dr. Carol McGonigle D.D.S
I am writing this as we begin the brand-new year of 2021. It is certainly a good time to reflect on the blessings and plain-old good luck to have spent over 40 years practicing dentistry in Tucson. Moving here after graduating from the University of Washington in 1980, I never expected to be in a community or a profession that would provide me with so much fulfillment. I am so lucky to have the opportunity now to work two days a week in the practice I love with the people, both team members and patients, that I love. As the wrinkles peek out from under my mask, I am frequently asked when I am going to retire. My answer is “Never.” I enjoy what I do and I am able to do it. Why would I stop?
Along the way, I have raised two children and spoiled two grandchildren. I have divided almost 40 years of marriage between two husbands (looks like this one is going to stick.) I have learned that I need to be embraced each day by the unconditional love of two dogs. My husband and I have a beautiful RV that allows us to escape the Tucson heat with the aforementioned dogs.
This is not so much a biography (an accounting of the past years) but a summation of where I have come to in that time. It is a good place to be.
Dr. Brian Nguyen D.D.S
Dr. Nguyen is from Westminster, California and joined our practice in November of 2019. He graduated from dental school in 2017 from Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona. He is a proud member of the American Dental Association (ADA), Arizona Dental Association (AzDA) and Academy of General Dentistry (AGD).
When he is out of the office, he enjoys playing and watching basketball. He also likes to explore the city with his dog Lola.
Dr. Richard Hibner D.D.S
Dr. Hibner is a graduate of the University of Michigan School of Dentistry. Prior to attending University of Michigan, he received his Bachelor of Science at the University of Arizona. Dr. Hibner is a Tucson native and has been practicing for over 25 years. Because of his strong desire to provide the best possible dentistry, he has utilized the most current technology and attends many post graduate educational classes ensuring that his patients receive the most comprehensive and advanced dental care. Dr. Hibner is a member of the American Dental Association and the Southern Arizona Dental Society. Dr. Hibner is a past president of the Pima Dental Study Club and has been active in the community serving on assorted charitable boards.
